You must ensure that the products returned by you are not damaged, with no soiling, tears, or stains and the pillow cover must be returned with the pillow and it should be in a donatable condition.

• The White Willow 101 Trial policy is limited to 10 pillows per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with The White Willow, no later than 101st day following delivery of the product, of which you want a refund.
• Our 101 nights trial policy applies only to the original buyer of genuine The White Willow Pillows, who purchased their products directly from the website.
• The 101 nights trial policy may not apply or may apply differently, to purchases of The White Willow via other The White Willow Distribution channels (Amazon or from any other unauthorised sources).
• The final decision on refund under 101 nights trial offer will be made by The White Willow Management. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the terms and conditions of the 101 nights trial offer.
